Giovanni Nosengo, co-founder of the firm, graduated with honors in Law from the University of Milan and is an honorary member of the Association of Distinguished Graduates. A Supreme Court practitioner, he specializes in Corporate Law and Business Law, while also developing cross-disciplinary expertise in intellectual property protection, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance. He manages complex litigation (including arbitration proceedings) and cross-border transactions, focusing on the enhancement of intangible assets and strategies for monetizing intangibles as valuable property. A published author and speaker at legal seminars, he has distinguished himself in the fields of insurance law and legal compliance, areas where the firm provides specialized assistance. He is fluent in English and Spanish, ensuring tailored support for international clients’ needs.
