Chiara Silva

Chiara Silva graduated with top honors in Law from the University of Milan and subsequently completed her legal training under Article 73 of Legislative Decree n. 69/2013 at Criminal Court of Milan. After gaining experience at a boutique law firm in Milan specializing in corporate and tax criminal law, Chiara joined Nastasi-Nosengo & Partners in September 2023. She provides legal advice and assistance in the areas of white-collar crimes and the administrative liability of organizations under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. Chiara is also fluent in English and Spanish.
