Riccardo Nastasi

Riccardo Nastasi, co-fondatore dello Studio, graduated with top honors in Law from the University of Milan. He later attended the Specialization School for Legal Professions and the Advanced Training Course for Criminal Lawyers organized by the Union of Italian Criminal Chambers.

He specializes in criminal law, with a particular focus on white-collar crime, as well as the administrative liability of organizations under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. He has gained extensive experience in corporate criminal law, bankruptcy law, tax law, and criminal law related to construction, environmental issues, and food safety, as well as crimes against public administration.

Riccardo advises companies on the drafting of organizational, management, and control models in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. He is fluent in English.
